Progress is coming along good, though I'm beginning to feel that panic.  I'm trying to re-locate a prop online that I wanted to do... no luck, didn't record the URL.  Not even sure why I'm blogging this except that someday, someone will read this.

I stumbled on a link that I've seen in years past and right about now is the perfect time to consider the question: Why do we haunt? Dennis G. over at WolfStone does a good job of putting words to the different reasons.  It's good to reflect on why you haunt as it can give you finer focus and direction.

OK, this week has been creamated due to last minute house work preparing for some guests and the week before I didn't make forward motion because I was collecting materials I needed.  I think at this point I have everything I need to complete my FCG (except some black Fusion paint).  I am using the reindeer motors mentioned in the earlier FCG parts post and it is WHITE WHITE WHITE, thus the need for paint.  I Got my beloved PINK FOAM and I have sketched out my cuts on paper, hope to transfer that to the foam over some Merlot tomorrow night!

Oh! I order 'How to Haunt your House' and Tom Nardone's mini-opus for 2009 'Extreme Halloween: The Ultimate Guide to Making Halloween Scary Again'.  Can't wait for those to arrive.... damn my cheapness and Amazon's super saver shipping.

Also, Since I haven't actually mentioned it... I built this nifty ScareFX coffin two weeks back.  I'll figure out what to paint it with at the same time that I buy paint supplies for the tombstones.

To collect valuable information for home haunters in an easy to navigate, searchable interface.  To this end, links to other sites,  how-to documentation collected, edited, and updated from other sites, and vendor recommandations and reviews will be presented here.

Mid-term goal is to organize Make-and-Take events within the neighborhood of Raeburn, located in south Charlotte, NC.  Longer term goal is to organize meetings, Make-and-Takes, and collaboration within the entire Charlotte/Mecklenburg region.
